Warning signs have been popping up around the “twin cities” of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota, in the United States.
Apparently some kind of artists or activists have been placing them around Minneapolis and St. Paul. After the recent murder of an extremely innocent looking Australian woman in Minnesota by police, activists aware of police brutality in the state have found a ripe opportunity to wake up fellow citizens to the problem, placing signs like this around the state.
With the Australian woman who was recently killed by police in Minnesota, it seems like a perfectly ripe time to participate in some activism like this: placing signs around the city to satirically inform people that the police are not to be trusted.
Do you think satire or half-comedic signs placed around a city are an effective means of spreading truth? I certainly do.
People don’t pay attention to many things nowadays. In my opinion, anything that can grab attention without being deceptive or clickbaity is worth a shot.
Please share this with as many people as possible: because no matter how futile it may seem to try and wake people up in 2017, people who have never expressed any interest in activism or truth perhaps, it’s still worth a shot.
